The website radikal.id is a static website that serves as the legal owner of the following digital products:

Only the two product websites offer interactive features, described below.

2. Interactive features and data storage

Interactive features are only available on aksesibel.id and PanduanWCAG.com, including:

  • Accessibility knowledge quizzes
  • Personal notes for each WCAG criterion

All data you enter through these features is stored locally in your own browser using localStorage. We do not send or store this data on any server.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure to access data stored in your browser, including if the data is deleted due to device settings, cache, or system updates.

3. Personal data and third-party services

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly via the email or phone/WhatsApp numbers provided on the website.

Our websites use the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare
    Used for site security and performance. This service is essential and cannot be disabled.

  • Google Fonts
    Used to display text in specific font styles. When your browser loads the page, a request is made to Google Fonts' servers, which may process technical data such as your IP address.

  • Google Analytics
    Only activated if you consent to it when first visiting the website. We use it to view anonymous usage statistics.

We do not have full control over how these third parties process your data. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for more information.

4. Use of content

All content on the following websites is provided in Indonesian and may be freely used for educational purposes:

  • aksesibel.id
    Aksesibel.id does not yet use an open license. We are currently working to apply one so the content can be reused more easily.

  • PanduanWCAG.com
    PanduanWCAG.com is released under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. You may quote, share, or create derivative works based on the content, as long as you comply with the license.

5. Disclaimer of liability

All features and content are provided as is. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or results from the use of these websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data stored in your browser (e.g. localStorage),
  • Technical issues, damage, or losses resulting from use of the websites, or
  • How quiz results, simulations, or other interactive features are interpreted.

6. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled through legal processes in the jurisdiction of South Jakarta.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the most recent version will apply immediately upon publication.
