These websites do not collect personal data by default (such as your name, email address, or contact information), unless you voluntarily contact me, sign up for the newsletter, or applying to Call for Contributors.

a. Subscribing to newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Kit, the email service provider I use.

Kit may record:

  • Your email address
  • The time and IP address at the time of subscription
  • Email activity (such as opens or link clicks)

This information is used solely for sending the newsletter you opted into. I do not use it for tracking or profiling, and I do not combine it with other data. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. As the data controller, I do not share your information with any third parties beyond Kit.

b. Filling Google Forms

I may occasionally inviting you to contribute on some of my projects or asking you to fill an evaluation form, and collecting your personal data using Google Forms such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number

As the data controller, I do not share your information with any third parties.

2. Third-party services that may collect data

These sites also use third-party services that may collect technical or usage data:

a. Cloudflare

Used for security, performance, and DDoS protection. It may log:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Pages visited and access time

b. Umami

Used to understand website traffic and user behavior. It may collect:

  • Browser and device information
  • Pages visited, time on page, clicks

c. Google Fonts

Fonts may be served via Google Fonts. Google may record your IP address when loading font files.

Cookies are used for:

  • Basic functionality
  • Performance and security via Cloudflare

These sites do not use tracking cookies from third-party marketing tools. No consent banner is needed as no personal or identifying cookies are set.

  • I stop using Kit or stop offering the newsletter

If you fill any Google Forms I provided, your data will be retained until:

  • You request data deletion
  • I delete that particular Google Forms
